ULPT request: Company is treating QA badly

Software startup is trying to force Sdets and QAs hands to quit by increasing workload, hiring freeze and not giving them any bonuses, salary increases or promotions. i am assuming they just don’t want to pay severance. What should be done?
People in my dept are working 14+ hours and are being treated horribly while all other departments are getting funding.

So is quality bad ? I mean it sounds like they need a malicious compliance of lots of bug reports. ALL the bug reports. Long, complicated, AI hallucination bug reports…..
And yeah… find another job. Startups that push back on QA end up failing.
