Hey guys, I'm 15, and recently got to building a PC for my personal enjoyment(etc. I want to game with good graphics)
This is a list of items I was thinking of getting:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F (or Ryzen 5 7600 if better value)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M / B840M mATX (WiFi preferred)
RAM: 32GB DDR5 (5600–6000MHz, CL30–36 preferred)
SSD: 1TB NVMe (Crucial P310 / WD SN770 or similar)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5060 or RTX 5060 Ti (prefer Ti if within budget)
PSU: 650W 80+ Gold (Cooler Master / Corsair / similar)
My budget is about 1,567 to 2,117USD
I'm currently in Singapore so that's the country of purchase
Any other things I should consider and are there better alternatives? Advice and feedback would be greatly appreciated

With a $2,117 USD budget, select an RTX 4080 Super. The 5060 Ti is entry-level and underutilizes your capital. Upgrade to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and an 850W PSU. This aligns the system's potential with your financial constraints.

I had to opt for a Gigabyte 9060XT Gaming OC 16GB instead unfortunately because the only 5060 in stock right now is 8GB (due to RAM shortage)

Heyo! Singaporean here, I have recently built my: 7800x3d, b650m-a, p310, 9070xt, 32gb 6400mhz cl30, 1200w corsair psu, lianli o11 dynamic evo build for 2k usd. Perhaps this could interest you? A few things I would change from your build would be parts I have put into my personal build, albeit, I bought from retailers on carousell with a month of scouring. Hope to help! Feel free to drop me a dm

I keep seeing the 9070xt everywhere in people's builds. Is it just that good for the price?

genuinely, especially in sg where the difference between 5070ti and 9070xt is 500 (800 vs 1300), the 9070xt offers 20% better rasterisation while 5070ti offers INFINITELY better (albeit uncompetitive) features. So while it is advisable to pick the 5070ti for things such as rpgs where fps and quality matters, competitive shooters such as yours do not benefit from framegen and dlss as much due to (albeit limited in the 5070ti compared to 9070xt) ghosting and latency.
TLDR: 9070xt offers better raw performance of sorts compared to 5070ti. coupled with price, the 9070xt is an amazing card, regardless of its insane value
