Has anyone got advice on the places to live for access to New Cross, London? Single male here.

Looking for somewhere clean, for professionals, with good transport links and walkable shops.

If an HMO I will need space for a desk, and an en-suite.

New Cross is a good place to live, Brockley is good, Forest Hill is also great it's just a bit further

But I sense you might have some other criteria... Budget maybe?

New Cross? Quite a cheap area. If not Brockley, Deptford, Charlton.
