Location: middle of nowhere Canada, Online retailer or Best Buy Canada only

I currently have an I9-10850k with a 4090 and (4x8gb) 32gb of ram at 3133Mhz (it’s actually 4266mhz but I can’t get it to be stable past 3133mhz but that’s not my issue) I wanna know if my plan is ridiculous or if it would suit my needs better?

My plan is to have 2 computers one as a NAS and one as the main machine, my main machine plans are below, my main plan is to use my main machine as a primary work horse, I already have the GPU/PSU/case/hard drives but I’m just not 100% sure between the extreme motherboard and the dark horse, I want to have 2 Ethernet ports with 1 of them being 10gbps to direct connect into the nas and I need Qcode so I can see what my computer is doing when I try to build it, the extreme though has a power port of the side labeled PD that I’m not 100% sure if my PSU supports it? I couldn’t find any information on the port really in the user manual off the ASUS website, I plan to eventually have 256gb of ram but with the ram crisis I’m holding off on the big boy ram till prices drop, I’ve chosen the fans since I’m atrocious at wire management and think the fans connecting together would make my wire situation so much better
