is there have significant temp for thickness thermal pad 1mm 1.5mm 0.5mm? For what you recommend grizzly minus 8 pad or arctic TP-3 ..

Yes, there is a massive difference in thickness; you need the one that fits in the space where you want to use it, make full contact but not causing issues and not being too loose either. So without knowing where, no telling which one you need. The type of pad matters less than it being the correct one.

If the pads are the correct thickness I have seen a drop of 25C if they can dump the heat, even if airflow is not perfect.

This is for a heat sink that comes with your motherboard right? It should have a thermal pad already on it, just remember to take off the protective plastic before putting it on the NVME.
