Alternatives to Claude Max 20x

Hi, I have been heavily using Opus 4.6 as executor, Opus 4.7 as advisor, Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku for smaller tasks.
What are alternatives worth considering to get the most usage for a good price?
To my knowledge the following models are releasing right now or have released:
- GLM 5.1
- Kimi K2.6
- GPT 5.5
- GPT 5.5 Codex
- GPT 5.5 Pro
I would love to hear your stories, I am right now subscribed on the MAX 20x plan and have been frustated by the high quota consumption of Opus 4.7. Thats why I can't use it as executor.
To my use case I work with React and Java on mathematical algorithms and UI.

No, you get $140 every 5 hours with Claude Max. Opus 4.7 is consuming $10 of it.

I swapped to codex. I am happy. No longer check the usage page every 20 minutes

Yes GPT 5.4 Pro is great, unfortunately they never released it inside Codex for coding where I need it.
5.3 Codex was underwhelming when I used it, I quickly abandoned my pro sub for Claude.
