Here's the song for reference.
Hey everyone, I've noticed this song is very popular across the Balkans.
I've heard Macedonian, Greek, and Turkish versions, but I was wondering if any more exist?
Is there a Romanian, Serbian, Roma version etc?

I think I heard it in an Eurovision song the "Opa Nina, Nina Naj" part, but I cant find it. Also Esma is a very well known and respected artist in Albania.

There is no Serbian version, as far as I know

HUGE asterisk here: Many, MANY singers in Serbia have recorded it - from Tozovac to Vanesa Šokčić, but always in Macedonian.
