Aviators Inc. dba Aviators Flight Academy Issues

There is ongoing litigation against Aviators Inc. dba Aviators Flight Academy and its owner, Blake Purdy, alleging (among other things) fraud, theft of funds, negligence, and Unfair Business Practices. After inducing students with an all-inclusive price with verbal agreements and advertisements, rates are suddenly changed retroactively to “exhaust” student loan disbursements, and accounting of students progress and finances is cut off to conceal this. The negligence and wrongful conduct of the school and its owner has caused significant disruptions and inability for students to complete their training as promised - including after the fatal accident that occurred around August 2024 - also the subject of separate ongoing litigation. Does anyone else have a similar experience or interaction with this school or the owner, Blake Purdy? Post here or DM me. I’d love to hear your experience.

Fraud, theft of funds?….by a flight school?….say it isn’t so, never happens

They’ve managed to paint their entire fleet cirrus highlighter yellow. It works wonders for avoiding them on the ground and in the air.

Got a link to the lawsuit or what court it’s in?

There are lawsuits filed in Van Nuys and Stanley Mosk court houses. What’s your experience?
