I'd suggest genetically Engineering a Crabster, but I'm like 80% sure they would just become normal crabs within a few generations. The pull of carcinization is too strong
They already do that in Thailand but instead they use frozen shrimps. When baked unsuspecting tourists don’t notice the difference, but it’s much cheaper this way for restaurants
