Help choosing exhaust cutout kit

Really need some help or suggestions. I want to install a cutout on my exhaust on my C5Z because it's too loud, but l want the option to switch the cutout on/off using a switch on my dash instead of using a FOB. My current exhaust: Speed engineering 1 7/8 Long tube headers and 3 inch X Pipe and SLP loudmouth axle-back, all cats have been deleted. Anyone have any experience installing a system like that? What kit did you use? How long did it take? I just want the option to run it loud and not pi$$ off my neighbors every time I crank the engine.

You seem to be thinking in reverse.
You get a cutout when you have a full quiet exhaust and you want to remove restrictions and make it louder. The bypass kit is literally bypassing your entire exhaust and just dumping everything after the header or collector.
How would getting a exhaust cutout make your loud AF exhaust any quieter? That makes zero sense.

Yes l think you might be right, I'm not at all mechanically inclined. I'm just trying to find a solution that would be ideal for this situation where l have a loud exhaust and want to quiet it using a switch instead of installing a while new system. Basically l want the best of both worlds

That's not what a cutout does. It's not going to quiet your car.
If you want it quieter, put mufflers on it. You're running straight pipes right now.

Please expand on that, l thought they make kits such as the valvetronic for situations just like this? The vvalvetronic kit utilizes a FOB though

If you're taking about valved mufflers (such as the factory NPP mufflers on C6+ Vettes), those are different than a cutout. A cutout is a valve you install before the mufflers so you can dump the exhaust and make it louder. It operates the same really but doesn't refer to the same thing.
You want a set of valved mufflers not a cutout.

QTP makes solid electric cutouts with a dash switch option but they can be finicky in cold weather. Varex is another option, pricier tho. Dynosty stocks LS accessories if you need anything else for the C5Z build.

I live in the south so I'm not too worried about cold weather. Reliability is certainly a concern though
