I put some spreadable cream cheese on a frozen pizza once just to use it up. It was pretty great. So much so that now I occasionally buy a tub just to do this. I usually go with DiGiorno's super pepperoni and add fresh diced jalapenos and garlic with a generous drizzle of olive oil.

First time I had cream cheese on pizza was from Minsky's in KC. A friend's family ordered a special with Canadian bacon, pineapple, and cream cheese.
I'm not really into pineapple on pizza and Canadian bacon usually sucks, but somehow, the dollops of cream cheese made a huge difference and made it all work really well.
