Homemade 22lr pistol

I made this pistol. I dont have a drill press to drill a straight hole in the barrel. So I used a hand drill. And I drilled it crooked. So it shoots really high like 5 feet at 25 yards. So what could I do to make it shoot way less high?

What is the barrel made from and what size drill bits?

Sucker rod and 7/32

You throat it with 1/4?

Its .22 cough cough

The reason I asked was I was going to drill out a piece of rebar to make a short barrel

Add sights and zero it lmao

Yeah. But if I add sights. The front sight would be like 4 inches tall just to be sighted in at 25 yards

I will be using a corded drill, two or more guide sleeves and a 3D-printed jig Finally, use 5.4 mm and 5.8 mm reamers and a rifling button.

You don't have a drill press, but you have a tractor. You should take a trip to harbor freight, and get yourself one

Methew made it work.

Imagine the possibility tho

Little dinky ass harbor frieght lathe and home slice could be making knock off glocks.
In all seriousness its not bad for lack of equipment but 22 is hardly a difficult round to cut a chamber and smooth barrel for. Even riffling with a drill bit shank cut into a button would improve this.

Yeah, I wish the harbor freight lathe was cheaper. I bought the one from vevor on eBay and it's been great so far, I'm waiting for the metal to show up to make something cool. But a trip to harbor freight would help this guy make it look less fallout and more eastern combloc country after the fall of the Soviet Union and you need something.
