Weirdly, old video games came up while chatting to my wife over dinner and I found this old chestnut. Colour monitors blew my mind and this was the first game we loaded up. We’ve seen some shit.

OMG OP you just unlocked a core memory. This game had some analog DRM where the loading screen prompted for a code to unlock the game. On the game box there was a spinning disc you had to align to the on-screen code like a fucking Ovaltine decoder ring. My friend had this game on PC and I totally forgot about it until now. Maybe it was the Jack Nicklaus game but my friend had both and I can't remember which was which
