SMTP2GO emails stuck at Processed

Is anyone else seeing email using the SMTP2GO relay service, stuck at the "Processed" stage?
I noticed on Monday we had a few that weren't getting delivered in a timely manner, now I'm seeing it again today.

Had a similar issue recently not sure if its the same as what you're having but will share just incase it helps others - it turns out the smtp host we were using (smtpcorp.com) got removed from their ssl, so the fix for us was to update all our smtp configs to use mail.smtp2go.com

Had a user call about this today, was working fine yesterday but this morning nothing went through.
On the admin panel they all show as processed with no errors. Sure enough they went to spam. Were going to watch it for a few days.
SMTP2GO probably have something going on their side.

In the past when I have seen this in the past its because the IP that it is using has been flagged. You have to ask support to rotate it I think or use the subscription option for a dedicated IP.

We only have 3 emails in the processing state currently, and they were all sent in the last 5 minutes (about 1000 emails sent today so far)

All 4 emails from today are stuck for me today. Oldest one was sent two hours ago. Not sure whats up or what i can do about it

There’s a “support” button top right in your admin console. Probably a good place to start.

May be a tenant issue, all of the processed emails we had a few mins ago have been delivered

Not seeing any issues here at all day. Just tested again, came right in.
