Strong Noise Marines vibe. Colour it purple and black.
higg1966@reddit
I would play The Who's Quadrophenia rock opera on that!
SumpCrab@reddit
Or an audio book so people at a stoplight can hear 2/3s of Ch. 13, book 5 of the Expeditionary Force series. "Skippy you irascible beer can!"
WaytoomanyUIDs@reddit
Why that when they can hear a snippet of a sex scene from Morning Glory Milking Farm?.
jango-lionheart@reddit
Needs more mirrors! ;-)

0% chance this thing plays anything besides Reggaeton

For some reason, they make hoverboards with built in Bluetooth speakers.
The_Nepenthe@reddit
People whine about people using these sorts of things wearing earbuds, they also whine if you use a Bluetooth speaker.
At least in my experience on a bike or scooter if you actually aim the speaker at yourself you don't need to turn it up that loud and people for the most part will hear it for two seconds when you go by.
lasskinn@reddit
Generally its a safety thing i wouldn't recommend riding in thailand with headphones and much less recommend driving with "loud pipes save lives" pipe and a 700 watt music system blaring. Well, not anywhere but especially not here. Its not that you always would hear the trucks etc but its just a statistics game.
They fine you for a too loud pipe here though and well with music it just depends in the context its blaring in, in the west neither complainers or blasters tend to not care about the context as much as their perceived right to play it or not have to listen to it
The 700 watts is off a harley fb page thread, the guy was non jokingly saying you need at least an amp with 700 combined as minimum, for speakers aimed at your head from like 70cm.
The_Nepenthe@reddit
Oh yeah, I don't turn my speaker up all that far, it's borderline background noise.
I just find it obnoxious that everyone whines about a bike, scooter or motorcycle with speakers but no one really whines about people in convertibles blasting music in the summer which I see often enough where I live.
HoldYourHorsesFriend@reddit
"but no one really whines about people in convertibles blasting music in the summer which I see often enough where I live."
Because that's just how it is. No matter what, cars will rarely get flak for anything but the majority of people will be quick to jump on the bandwagon to whine about smaller non car modes of transporation regardless of the topic.
Metalchips1960@reddit
Or, when you're already deaf as a post.
ProfStorm@reddit
What?

glemits@reddit
We've had middle-aged men on Honda Gold Wings sharing their music on the street since the Eighties. But they seem to be dying off without any successors.
SubtractOneMore@reddit
There are scooters like this all over Philadelphia
ailyara@reddit
in detroit you get these middle aged dudes on a polaris slingshot tricked out with tons of LED lighting blasting their music at window rattling levels
ThePandaKingdom@reddit
Those polaris things are neat in and of themselves. But they seem to attract the most obnoxious, tasteless individuals.
norunningwater@reddit
Never before or after in my life have I heard Sweet Child of Mine sound like it's being played through the world's largest cellphone speaker since being passed by an attention seeking guy in a Polaris
The_Nepenthe@reddit
I respect it if it sounds great but 99/100 guys have the worst sounding systems.
rubbaduky@reddit
South Florida too. (Miami as the epicenter)
SubtractOneMore@reddit
Philly has those too 😂
