Yo, recipe? I recently stopped eating meat and need more protein in my diet
PockyRyu@reddit
While this is a solid snack, there are def way better ways to get some protein. Check out Korean sunduboo jigae. It's a pretty approachable tofu dish that is STELLAR when done right. Add in some rice and banchaan and you've got a solid meal

I love cottage cheese and sun chips. The dichotomy of textures really hits for me.

If those are eggs, "strict" vegetarians won't eat that
WeevilWeedWizard@reddit
Aren't vegans the ones with beef with egg and cheese? Thought vegetarians were cool with those.
quidpro_PRON@reddit
Depends on the vegetarian.
"Ovo-lacto-vegetarians" eat eggs and cheese.
Quite a few vegetarians of the South Asian diaspora will refuse to consume eggs too, on the premise that it is a "potential life." Milk, cheese, and honey may be okay, because life doesn't have to be taken to harvest those. I've had friends that would refuse birthday cake cause it was baked with eggs.
Vegans, as you said, consume no animal products, so no milk, no cheese, no honey.
