GPU worked fine yesterday but no display today

I borrowed a GPU yesterday, a 1050 ti, to use in the build, and it worked well for me yesterday on all low settings. The FPS was great. Today, my brother played Roblox, and then
suddenly we lost the display. I thought it might be the HDMI, so I reseated it, but nothing happened. The one I installed on my motherboard started working (I have integrated graphics).

Remove, research and if that does not work then the card is probably dead.

Are GPU fans spinning?
Is GPU detected by the OS (devmgmt.msc)?

Is it semi-passive model? If there is no display the card may be too cold for fans to spin.
