Hello friends I am planning to build a PC, ive always used laptops before so this is my first time learning how to get the parts together. Last year I saved up a budget but I was too busy and didnt get to it and now I heavily regret it.
Do you guys got any comments or recommendations about this?
Parts are picke by my local vendors, I did go around asking several vendors for prices as well and their stocks and I chose this list.

We can tighten that up a lot.
"Parts are picked by my local vendors" Well I don't know the price so I can't comment, but I wouldn't be paying an extra 100 EUR for a 9060XT, I'd just order online. Montech Century II has a longer warranty too.

Thank you for your suggestions it is indeed cheaper on your list but where I live, there are no amazon or other online marketplaces that have variety of pcparts. Only local vendors import the parts and thus I have to do price research around. The parts prices are mostly higher than US's prices by a few % which I account them to the shipping cost. There arent many varieties of parts to choose from as well.
In fact, some parts are cheaper than US prices by quite a lot of % too. I understand that everyone wants newbies to not get scammed but rest assured I did my research, cross referencing between vendors and partpicker prices.
Again, thank you for your comment.
I have one more question, is the 7800x3d suitable for 9060xt and together will they last a longtime or will I need to replace the 7800x3d earlier, based on history of cpus.

The 7800X3D is probably overkill for the 9060XT, you can probably get a 7500F or 7600/X or 9600/X and be just fine. The X3D is mainly for the benefit in CPU heavy games like running CS2 on low.

thank you I will consider it

Oh and if you guys dont mind may I ask how much cheaper this list was during last year, just to rub the salt on the wound for me, thank you!
