Computer shuts off immediately after starting - just installed new GPU and PSU

Hey all, after upgrading my rtx4060 to a 9070xt and my PSU from a Pevia 600W to an Corsair 850W, the computer no longer stays on for more than a minute. Initially it worked fine up until I tried to download the AMD drivers. Now, the motherboard shows a red VGA light and the display gives me the Gigabyte “boot failure detected” screen before crashing anywhere from 1 second to a minute after. I have assured the power cables to the GPU are secure and it runs while the computer is on. Everything is connected to the PSU and ran fine up until this issue. Can provide more information if necessary. Sorry if post is not formatted correctly. I am at my wits end. Any help appreciated.

Update: After reseating the GPU the computer boots into windows. However, it only stays on for about 7 minutes at most

Try and reset the bios first OP.

Just did, windows booted and allowed me to use it for about 10 minutes before crashing. Now its back to not wanting to turn on for more than 30 seconds on the boot failure screen
