Hi everyone,
I’m looking for an experienced developer who can mentor me end-to-end — from coding fundamentals to building and deploying real-world projects.
What I’m looking for:
Strong understanding of programming (preferably Python / backend)
Knowledge of system design basics
Experience with DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, deployment, cloud)
Ability to guide through real projects (not just theory)
About me:
Currently working as a Data Analyst
Learning Data Engineering + AI/ML + DevOps
Serious about becoming job-ready and industry-level skilled
Prefer structured guidance + hands-on learning
What I expect:
Regular sessions (flexible timing)
Practical approach (projects, assignments, real workflows)
Honest feedback and guidance

ngl you might not need a paid mentor yet.
You already know what you need (Python/backend + devops + real projects), so instead of paying, try structuring it yourself:
pick 1 project → build it end-to-end → deploy → repeat.
like:
That loop teaches way more than theory sessions.
If you do go for a mentor, make sure they review your code and architecture, not just “teach concepts”.
Also, a small tip — tools like Runable can help you quickly spin up full flows (api + frontend ideas), so you focus more on understanding how things connect rather than getting stuck on setup.
Overall, you’re on the right path, just prioritise building over consuming.
