ULPT how to cope with having to deal with stupid people

Something i have found that really helps me cope with dealing with annoying and stupid people that piss me off is just telling myself that they are inferior to me and worthless subhumans. The main thing that frustrates people about dealing with others is that they have certain expectations for how grown adults are supposed to act so if you lower your expectations and start looking at them as 5 year olds that dont know any better itll help alot with the intense rage and wars going on inside your head.

I’m 50/50 on this being a Dunning-Kruger advert but it get the frustration. I worked at a hospital for a while and dealing with the mentally ill and drug addicts really made me waaaay more unsympathetic because I saw how much of it was self inflicted.
