Did any of yall stop feeling proud of yourselves after a second or third bust? Every new cert I’ve gotten after doesn’t feel like it’s worth being proud of anymore.

This is a widely overused quote in aviation but ‘comparison is the theft of joy’ is still very truthful and you need to believe it.
I 100% promise there’s someone doing way way worse than you. I don’t mean this to stroke your ego but there’s a reason why you usually only hear about pipe hitters

No. You're going to have to figure out how to stop comparing yourself to perfect too, because it's unattainable. And anyone who tells you they're a perfect pilot is I liar.

You're still further ahead than a student pilot who's never taken a checkride. You're still a pilot. You are not the difference between your successes and failures, you are the sum of your acheivements.
