Normally I spend around 70-80$ which I think it is usually around this price but I found out in pcpartpicker some aio brand (thermalright and cooler master) have 50 or even 40 still have rgb. are these models good in cool and durable should I go for them or pass.
Btw my friend use jungle leopard pro flow 360mm I think its amazing do any of you have any issues with that aio bc Im going for it.

I got the thermalright prism 360mm aio, and its been awesome for my 9800x3d, I see no reason to pay more. Great build quality and temps

As with many things in life, you get what you pay for. If you just want the cheapest cooler possible, then skip AIO's all together and get a 40$ air cooler that will never break. A 40$ AIO has to make LOTS more compromise to hit that price than a 40$ air cooler.
Pick what matters to you here. I have listed these in order of what matters to me.
Any cheap AIO will not have a coolant temp sensor since that requires software/controller support and not just "here is a PWM and ARGB cable you can throw into your motherboard".
I care very little about which AIO is 1c better at 100% fan speed than x other AIO's and so should you. Even if AIO 1 is 5-10C better than AIO 2, you will likely never notice this in real world scenarios (gaming, etc).
What you absolutely will notice is the insufferable sound of a whiny pump, cheap fans and frustration with a cheap, badly thought out mounting system.
