Please help me replace my graphics card

My PC specs:
A8-6600K – CPU
ASUS A78-A – motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 5750 – graphics card
And two 8GB sticks (16GB total) of DDR3 1600MHz RAM (if I'm not mistaken, but I think it's 1600MHz and the memory modules are identical)
Basically, I'm tired of being stuck with a graphics card that has only 1 GB of VRAM. It's not going to be enough by 2026. What graphics card should I replace it with? I'm thinking about the GT 1030 2GB DDR5 since it's simply the cheapest graphics card right now, both on the second-hand market and in stores
I know my PC is crap, but I don’t need to upgrade it. I just started playing Genshin Impact and GTA 5 recently, and I feel like I’m running out of memory. In GTA 5, I can clearly see that I don’t have enough memory even on the lowest graphics settings, but in Genshin, the game just freezes up completely, and I have to restart it if I go into the menu or change my party, etc.
Would a GT 1030 2GB work fine here? Or is there something better? I’m also worried that my motherboard might not be compatible—I don’t know much about PCs. I’ve also been looking at the 1050, but they’re too expensive. I think I found a cheap 1650 on the second-hand market, but I’m worried about the power consumption.
My power supply is terrible, and my CPU and GPU already use a lot of watts, so I’d like a graphics card that uses very little power.

What is your budget?

I'm a poor college student. I really want to save money. So far, I've managed to save $120 from my scholarship. I'm from Ukraine, so the market here is a bit strange. Especially when it comes to the second-hand market. My city is big, and there are actually a lot of different graphics cards available here.

Yes I'm recommending drop in cards that will draw around the same watts as the 5750. What are prices in your area for rx550 4gb?
I don't know if the 1650 is drop in as I have no experience with it.

I think the 1650 is drop in.

A8 - 6600 very old and slow for gaming. I think you can find some older dd3 CPU+MB combo for cheap now. Something like i7 2700- i7 3770 or ddr3 zeons can be found for 30-50$. And for 70-90$ something like 1060 6g or rx580 8g can be found too.

I don't need a new CPU or PC. I just asked for help replacing my graphics card. My current CPU is powerful enough—I've even played CS:2 on it sometimes. My PC is currently capable of running all games, and I play without any issues, but I'd just like some advice on which affordable graphics card I could get to slightly improve performance and get more video memory

What's the model of your pc? Best you can get are like 3050, or maybe some professional amd cards like the wx3100
_GromGery_@reddit (OP)
Well, I have a desktop computer
But the 3050 is too expensive for me—it costs up to $230. Plus, my power supply can't handle it. My PC already has a weak power supply, and I feel like it's not enough. My graphics card draws 80–100 watts. I'd prefer something in the 30–60 watt range

Find a different hobby, finish college and get a proper job before returning to this one and get a proper PC.
