Since people here don't seem to understand export and import are different that state to state shipping within the USA, I'll try to help. An extractor is likely a non ITAR part and would be under the commerce department's easier EAR export controls, but it is still usually too much hassle for US companies because of the added complexity of all the other countries import rules. Your best option is probably finding a business that already imports firearms and firearms parts for sale and asking them to order the part you need.

Well in the US it is not a controlled part so find it, add to cart and lay a credit card on them.
