As posted in title i am looking to upgrade from my 1070ti to something better. i am looking at up to 350$ budget. I play at 1080p mainly but was hoping to get some use out of my 4k TV in some games at Med-High settings. (Games for the 4k TV like Shadow of War/Mordor and MW19 Campaign) (Reason for upgrade is NVidia dropping support/better Linux support because Pascal GPU support on Linux isn't good anymore) (Was going to attempt dual booting Linux/Windows until i saw my GPU wasn't supported anymore)

If you need to buy new, I suggest a 9060 XT 16 GB.
I got a used 6900 XT for roughly 320 € and it packs double the punch of my old 5700 XT (which itself is roughly 30 % faster than the 1070 Ti). It'S he XFX RX 6900 XT Speedster MERC 319 Black.
She is barely audible. Sucks almost double the power of the 9060 XT 16 GB, but is also \~20% more powerful in raster.

I was thinking about either this or the 6800 xt because the benchmarks showed it being pretty good (like 5-10% better)

Resell the GTX 1070 Ti and save some more. From $350 to $400+ is not impossible.

It’s about the same performance, I have a 6800 nonxt I got for 300 bucks and it’s been really good even in 1440p gaming

Maybe in some games the newer technologys give the 9060 XT the edge but the 6800xt has better raw performance it seems.

Not $350USD anymore. The 8gb model is around $350 now

The 6800 XT 16 GB I can find for 340-380 right now.
