I have one of these, it's definitely a unique PC compared to other Dell machines. It uses a BTX form factor instead of ATX so everything is flipped and it has a small screen on the top for windows sideshow.

I like BTX for pizzabox style systems, I've got a HP Elite 8200 with a GT1030 for a HTPC and it goes alright even for the type of gaming and emulation I like to do. (I also have a modded X360 and PS2, so emulation is limited to even older and easier to emulate consoles mind you)
