Oh god is that all pasta? Sheesh, I'm gf and usually I crave flour based pasta enough that I'd sacrifice a testicle of I could eat gluten again... Not so much for this dish BUT I'm sure it's heavenly and I hope you enjoy :)

Replace the carrots and peas with thinly sliced onions(or scallions)and cherry tomatoes add some crumbled bacon and cut up bell peppers you can even add black and/or green olives then sprinkle some parm. Or any cheese you like on top, you can go crazy and put some cut up anchovies in it, $alty batch Mac or Sweet and Savory 😉 enjoy

Everyone has their own favorite pasta salad, and everyone else's pasta salad is trash. As someone who enjoys something I've personally dubbed white trash pasta salad, I don't judge.
