Attempt at crispy smash burgers on griddle

Crispy smash burgers in Waygu tallow on the griddle for the first time this year. Getting closer to having them be what we want but not yet there. They however were super yummy. Low carb bun, and the meat is from our 1/2 steer from last year

Looks good, but I'm done with oversized burgers. Just give me 2 buns and split the rest of the ingredients so I don't have to unhinge my jaw to take a bite and resort to a knife and fork when it all falls apart in my hands.

We try to not eat to many carbs which is why only one bun lol

Actually not dry but I could see why you would think that with how crispy they were :)

Gotta get something with either more leverage or weight and smash them way quicker, but that aside it's good! I'd eat it.

This was with a Lodge Press, and I agree. I think if I would have pushed harder from the start and held for longer it would have made it thinner.
