Actually you're right, missed the garage and the massive fucking driveway. Would be €450 for a semi detached with no front garden and a one car driveway.
Im guessing it is the holly cost / holocaust and I'm sure there's some weird conspiracy theory relating to the number 271,000. I'm kinda glad I'm not online enough to get it.
Yes you're right, it's a claim the total deaths were 271k as someone thought the figures from one camp were all of them so became another denial conspiracy
actually 6 mil is exactly a lie. the official number is 3 mil. the 6 mil number comes from a book a man wrote that he and his children admit was made up completely. along with ALOT of other things. and that mans lies along with the propagation of those proven lies by governments and learning institutions gives credence to outright denial.
if we include people that died from dysentery because water treatment couldnt be kept up the number goes up more. we are discussing a specific number. juice died in the holly roughly 3 mil. the 6mil plus number was invented in the 70s by one man who admitted he made it and everything else up. my point stands. unless you think we should believe lies.
The 6m figure was known and established long before a single author writing a book in the 70s, in fact it was documented during the Nuremberg trials using Nazi documents and records, later refined by comparing pre and post war census numbers. No idea why you think the figure came about 25+ years later.
Around 12m (mostly from 6m Jews, 3.3m Soviet PoW, 1.8m Poles) died. Putting people in camps with insufficient clean water meaning they died of dysentey doesn't somehow mean they can't be counted - why were they not able to access clean water? Because the Nazis created the camps without it. That argument doesn't work as they wouldn't have died if they weren't rounded up and put in the camps
Yes the total was over 10m but in Holocaust denial conspiracies it's always the Jewish deaths they seek to downplay, the others aren't mentioned because they don't fit into the idea of a global elite changing the past to diminish the impact.
It's not funny unfortunately, it's a Holocaust denial conspiracy (the claim is based on death certificates from a portion of the camps and used to claim the total Jewish deaths were inflated)
The Holly is a popular name for modern, single-story ranch or bungalow-style homes, often featuring 3-4 bedrooms, open-concept kitchens, and covered rear porches.
They're historically considered starter homes. I think the original poster was balking at the price for what has historically been the most affordable type of home for a family.
271k for a 3 bed isn't bad really, easily doable for a couple even below average wage, mortgage of 5x combined 50k salary with 10% deposit. Down side will be it's in the middle of nowhere so commuting will be expensive or excessive and no amenities
IM_REFUELING@reddit
That's a pretty nice looking place for about tree fiddy in USD.

Its probably 900sqft.

Value is relative to the local market, though.
In the UK, space is at an extreme premium, and just having a detached structure is a major selling point regardless of square footage.
People will pay a lot of money to not have to share walls with neighbors. More than they'll pay for raw space alone.
BowlsDeepRamen@reddit
Good thing I've invested my Good Boy Points into upcoming markets, now I can buy several of these and populate them all with a separate mommy
Dr_Axton@reddit
That’s even cheaper than in my second world country. If it’s more than 50 square meters then I’d like to buy it even if the mortgage is 30 years
CT0292@reddit
311,000 euro or so.
Not bad for what it says you get.
Must be out in the middle of nowhere. Far from any and all jobs.
ArcadeRivalry@reddit
Still very cheap. Could be in the absolute backarse of nowhere with only a dirt road going up to it and it'd still be at least €450k in Ireland.
CT0292@reddit
For a detached gaff with a separate garage? Easy 500 grand in Leitrim.

So sad. Someones mum probably died in it.

It's a new build estate, the chances are it's nowhere near jobs or services but still good value

The actual figures are upwards of 10m when you include all the people combined not just Jews

Uh 6m is just Jews. That's like half the number of people killed in the Holocaust.
And the math doesn't work out if you wanted to interpret that racistly so you know what I meant.

no it's because Holly sounds like holocaust and holocaust deniers believe only 271k people were killed in it.

The holly cost: very reasonable. Agreeable even.

they should price it 6 gorillion

350k USD, not bad. Cheap at least.
