What to update for gaming?

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask if you think there are any obsolete components that should be replaced.
I'd like to start gaming at 1440p (kcd2, rdr2, etc.)
\*Ryzen 5 3600\*
\*RX 6650XT 8gb\*
\*16GB ram DDR4-3002\*
\*aorus b450m\*
\*PSU 500W (I do not remember the model)\*
\*KingSpac NX512 Gen3x4 NVMe 512gb 2280\*
\*HDD PNY SATA 500gb\*
I'd say upgrade the graphics card.
Which GPU do you recommend for 30% more FPS at 1440p?
Does it make sense to upgrade the RAM?
If the answer is yes:
\- Is it better to add another 16GB of RAM (still DDR4-3002)?
\- Or does it make sense to sell the current one and replace it with a faster 16GB DDR5?
(I can't install 32GB of new RAM because it's too expensive, I want a trade-off)
