Community Opinion on PC Build

Hi everyone! I’m from Colorado and building a PC. This isn’t my first time, but it has been over ten years.
My main use will be gaming, and I’d like to get into 4K or get the most out of 1440p. I tend to be a bit of a gearhead, and since I’m a DINK, I’m willing to splurge a little on this build. I’d also really appreciate help choosing a monitor (or two). Is there anything you would change or replace in my current build?
Budget is between $3500-$4500

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to build the pc myself for fun and to customize, but after reviewing other posts on this sub, it seems I would be better off going prebuilt. Do you have any monitor recommendations? After looking this evening, I was thinking about going with two 27" OLED monitors like the MSI MPG 272URX QD-OLED 27" UHD 240Hz Flat.
