Me and my wallet need help with my GPU chouse (first build)

I am swapping from a gaming laptop to my first custom build on desktop. I don't have a crazy budget and prices in my country are steep.
I have a Ryzen 5 9600X
32gb ddr5 ram
1tb nvme
MSI B650M wifi mobo
The thing is choosing a GPU.
So here are my options at hand after researching options in my market
GPU XFX Radeon RX9060 XT Swift Dual 16Gb - 650/680 USD
Intel Arc B580 12Gb DDR6 - 445 USD
MSI GeForce RTX 5050 Shadow 2X OC 8GB - 415 USD
XFX Speedster QICK308 Radeon RX 7600 8GB - 399 USD
The thing is I really want this PC to not worry me for updates for at least a couple years. But do not want to bottleneck my CPU too hard with the GPU and most important I do not want my wallet to take a hit. Also i am fine with running only 1080p I do not care that much about 1440p at the moment.
Need help, am i focusing on the wrong thing? would that RX7600 be not that bad? Is intel arc even worth considering? is the 5050 really that bad as they say?
If it adds anything, Iplay competitive games (league, valorant, cs, marvel rivals), Elden Ring/Sekiro, NBA 2K, Hogwarts legacy

Your is cpu is strong. None of those gpu will bottleneck

For 1080p that Arc card would be a great choice. The 9060 XT 16GB is obviously stronger, but also 50% more expensive. so the B580 is a great middle ground for performance and VRAM amount which will help in the long run. The types of games that you like playing wont be an issue for the B580 at 1080p, or even 1440p really.

If we take the 9060XT as our baseline; the other GPU's trail in performance with:
Do with that information what you will.

The 9060XT 16GB is by far the best there, in line with the 5060TI 16GB. Being much faster than the rest (around 35+%) while having 16GB vram and a good featureset.
The other best option if you want to spend less is the B580, having over 8GB vram is getting more and more important and it has similar performance to the 5050/7600 as well.
