Can a Cooler Master 212 handle basic boot testing for Ryzen 7 5800XT / 7800X3D?

Hi, quick question. Can I use a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 (basic 4 heatpipe air cooler) just to test booting a power-hungry AM4 CPU like the Ryzen 7 5800XT, and also an AM5 CPU like the Ryzen 7 7800X3D? I’m planning to sell the 5800XT and keep the AM5 setup, but right now I just want to check if everything boots. I know the 5800XT runs pretty hot, but I’m not sure about the 7800X3D. Also, I don’t have one of those AM5 contact/anti-bending frames for the socket. Would the 212 be enough just for basic testing (POST/boot), or should I get the frame first to be safe?
