No meat on the things, just tendons and bones. But they have a nice buttery flavor. I like the dim sum style of cooking them. They are really good for broth. So much collagen and stuff that soups turn into a solid block of jello when cooled off π. Real good for the joints, skin and bones.
Upvote for the health benefits π I just made chicken noodle soup (noodles on the side) with a leftover rotisserie and I let that carcass cook for a couple hours before I added in the vegetables to cook for a few hours longer. Next time Iβm going to roast the bones in the oven before making stock
