How you stop from the back cracking and tearing off the mount...? I had a 32 inch that didnt survive the bumps and knocks of the road...
BadamPshh@reddit
You want a locking wall mount, has metal clips that hold it firm. And swing mount is a bad idea, the less joints the better. Ideally no tilt just a flat wall mount

The issue is the plastic backing of the tv, not tge actual mount, the weight of the tv bumping around in a moving truck, eventually will cause the back the crack and eventually fall off the mount

Oh idk, mines been holding for almost 3 years now. The back of the TV is plastic, but the female vesa screw holes on it are metal so all force should be on those not the plastic

Depends on the truck, tv mount, and wall mount. I had a 32 in monitor on my volvo and never had any problems.

Its a swing arm mount in a freightliner, tore the whole back off the tv from the road bumbs

Pete 579. 43" 4k. Bolted a long wall mount to the included small mount. Locking on top and bottom so it doesn't bounce off, works great

How many inches wide is that 55 inch? I have a 40 inches inch tv in my truck

All i have for my setup is my hotspot and a laptop. Given i paid 3500 for my laptop to run and play anything, thats all i need.

Check out geforce now.

$3500 for a laptop is diabolical. I built my desktop for around $2k and that's with a 4070 super, i5 14600k, and an Asus oled monitor.

You got robbed for $3500 my man.

I've got my whole pc set up in my truck. Set it up on a foldable table at night and when I get done it all gets packed up on the top bunk. Takes less than 5 mins to set up and its all out of the way when I don't need it.
CannibalAnus@reddit
That’s too large, then again i am 6’4 and would need the whole bed space. I would have broken that in a day in my sleep.
jadedshibby@reddit
Same, my foot would be through that thing on night one lol
