(I paid $25 for one, with random ammo in it, at a gun show- I should have bought the whole box, they are like $60 when available and there must have been 30 mags in that box)

I don't have another PCC to compare it to, but I enjoy it quite a bit. If you're planning on suppressing it, I suggest running it wet with supers for the first 500 rounds before putting a can on it to break it in.

Not sure if you've shot them side-by-side, but I own both and did not find a noticeable difference with the comp for recoil, but it is def louder and A LOT dirtier (as expected). Additionally, the sights on the Comp version are so wildly off (both elevation and windage) that I'm reaching out to S&W. I can fix windage, but the elevation is off at 6" at 7yrds for flat point-of-aim hold. Take this for what it is: hust random feedback from a random internet person...comp ver was not worth it IMO. Good luck!
That’s wild, I have both the PC and non-PC 2.0 and don’t notice any difference in volume or dirtiness, and haven’t had any issue with the sights. Have put about 300+ rounds through both of them in the last couple weeks. Just goes to show I guess that experiences vary (not saying at all that yours isn’t valid). But man does that safety take some breaking in to be usable lol.
All good! YES! That safety is "unique." Engaging the safety is a bear and slightly easier if the slide is manipulated backward, but disengages pretty easily. That's better than the alternative for sure, but still a design "feature." =D
Haha totally agree. I love my Equalizer for the better safety (and 9mm) but you can’t beat the bodyguard for its size and concealability for summer especially.
