before i get into parts list is it true that nvdia is better than Amd GPU wise?? i want peak power and Nothing unreliable but i heard its not true and i think AMD is good but please share your thoughts

AMD tends to be better value, depends on price point.
You should list prices for the parts you have, as well as your purchase country.
The 7800 XT is a previous-gen GPU so if you're buying it new it's likely bad value
