Will my fan fit with my new ram?

Hey guys I'm upgrading my PC soon, have posted another post earlier this week but i got another question!
I've already bought this RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36 (2x16gb ddr5), a few weeks ago. It was suddenly a lot cheaper so I decided to just get it at the time. I also have a Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black and it'll be installed on the ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WIFI that I don't have yet. My question is, will I run into issues with fitting the cooler on that motherboard with these ram sticks? I hadn't thought about it at the time but will I run into space issues? Should I get another cooler? If so what would give similar levels of cooling? I wouldn't want something that adds yet another 100-200 bucks to my build you know..
Sorry if it was a little rambly.
Thank you!

Did you know that you can get an RK120 CPU cooler that has high cutouts for ram, is about $30, and performs very similarly to that Noctua cooler? Side by side without looking at a graph, you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference.

No way to know without trying, unless someone has tested it with the exact same components. But if it doesn't fit you can lift the front fan up, but only until it hits the case's side panel of course. Or you could just move the front fan to the rear of the cooler instead.
