Just configured this dual PC Build, any recommendations or improvements?

Before you comment anything, 3 small things:
-
Don't worry. I didn't forget the GPU's and Power supply, i already got a
5070ti + HX1200i for the gaming side and my older 2070 Super for the server. -
The Server side build will be used as a streaming PC, hosting different kinds of
gameservers (ARK, heavily modded MC etc.) and potentially a NAS in the future. -
I'm hoping to start the build early 2027. Until then i'll save money and pray there's no
unexpected costs like my car blowing up :D
The case i'll use is the Thermaltake Core W200 and is included in the gaming PC list
here's the 2 systems:

Server/Stream PC: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/dVKGck
currently unsure if a 2x16GB DDR5-6000 kit is gonna be enough to host servers.
Should i go 2x32GB or higher ram speeds like 8000MT/s (If the 265K can handle it.)
Motherboard specs say it supports memory speeds up to 9200.
I checked out a lot of CPU's and the 265K seemed to have one of the best single core performances, which is a crucial factor especially in Minecraft.
Correct me if I'm wrong tho.
If anyone sees anything that makes you unhappy or could be optimized for my use case pls let me know.
As mentioned before i planned the build early 2027 so if there's something i should wait for you can tell me that aswell.

If you're planning to buy in 2027 then there's not much point looking at specific components now, things can change a lot by then, should be new generations of CPUs out from both AMD and Intel, pricing on everything could change especially with the RAM situation and who knows what else.
For estimating what you'll actually need for hosting game servers you'll need to figure out what you're actually going to be running simultaneously for how many users, add up suggestions for each. ARK really doesn't need much and minecraft depends a lot on how many people are going to be active, but pretty likely you are looking at a lot more than you actually need there
Do you actually have a 10gbps network?

oh dude i totally forgot to remove the network adapter, sorry :'D
It will be around 10-12 players active at once (hopefully :D) and i want to be able to stream at the same time.
Idk if the RAM kit I chose is sufficient to do all of that.
So you think the current specs will be outdated by 2027?
(I'll also work on some kind of remote start when it's completed so the PC boots up when friends want to play on the server)
(that's a different story tho and i know someone who can set that up)

Not really "outdated" it's just you can expect the market to have changed around enough that whatever best value build you can do now might not be the best value then, so kinda pointless looking now.
For only a 12 player server you don't really need a lot, and if it's only going to be up when needed instead of 24/7 may be better to just keep it as a virtual machine running on your gaming machine instead of building a whole separate machine at least to start with.

yeea that makes sense. I'm gonna look again when i'll actually build it.
(I really hope the case is still around then, maybe i'll just buy that one early to make sure :D)
Kinda want to stick with the dual system build to have a stream PC and just for the sake of doing it u know? :D
I really enjoy PC building and that's gonna be something new for me.
Something i'm also concerned about is that hosting a gameserver while playing myself eats up a lot of resources and could result in serious performance hits.
