David Beckham supplement, anyone actually seen results with this?

Guys I swear by 3pm I am a zombie. Coffee helps for about 20 minutes then it’s all downhill. I saw someone talking about this David Beckham supplement that’s supposed to make you feel not old?
Has anyone actually tried something like this and didn’t feel like a placebo victim? There’s one thing that keeps coming up when I ask around and people say it actually works. Wondering if I’m about to waste $50 or finally get my mojo back.

It would be incredible if some dude who kicked a ball for a living, along with his lip syncing wife, discovered the Fountain of Youth, and were only charging the measly sum of $50 for it.

Do you drink coffee as soon as you wake up? I had a similar issue and heard that if you hold off on having coffee until an hour or hour and a half after you wake up you can mitigate the 3pm tiredness. I've been doing it for a few years now and it works for me.
I also try to avoid big carb laden lunches, but those normally have me tired before 2pm.

OP is David Beckham! Welcome, David! 😂

A quick glance shows quite a few useful ingredients, no blatant snake oil either. Looks worth a shot and I'm a pretty harsh judge. Not a fan of throwing Ash in willy nilly but it may be balanced with some of the other stuff I know less about. Not a ton focused on immediate energy though, more a long term shift as far as I can guess

Tell me more about the coffee timing? I have coffee within 5 min of waking up at 530am.

Adenosine and cortisol are the main players. The first one is the brake, the second is the gas. Let's just do the brake for simplicity's sake. There's still a ton of that brake in your system when you wake up. Caffeine clogs up the adenosine receptors in your brain so you stop feeling the brake after you wake up. But it's still in your system. When the caffeine wears off 6ish hours later all that adenosine hits, that's the 3pm crash. If you postpone caffeine till 90 min after waking the brake reabsorbs. Dosing more caffeine at noon will mitigate it but it just postpones the crash.

I'll help you. Ready? It's bullshit and won't work.

Fvck The Beckhams. Sounds like another cash grab.

You don't get your mojo back by supporting a millionaire celeb.
Take a look at your diet and your exercise. How much sugar and carbohydrates are you intaking? Those things will drag you down faster than a supplement can take care of.
What about exercise? You don't beed a gym, just get out and walk, leave your phone in your pocket, no ear buds ir music blasting your ears.
Connect with humans. Family, friends, volunteer a day a week for a couole hours - nothing huge.
Start with things like that, make an appointment with your doctor, get some blood work done, and once you can rule out that it is nothing more than a mineral or something, then maybe consider blowing 50 bucks on a supplement.

Is it T? I imagine that would help, and wouldn’t be surprised if Beckham had access to a little hormone replacement therapy.

Celebrity selling something, I'll let you think about that question for a minute.

Sounds like snake oil to me, but so do all supplements that aren't prescribed by a doctor or a dietician.

I immediately thought of Amway.😩🤣 Selling my dad aloe juice to "cure" his autoimmune disease. We all know know how that turned out. OP answered his own question - placebo victim.

Some info in this post.

Stop eating carbs and sugar

This post just feels like guerilla marketing. FFS, I was neither aware of such a product before this post, nor would I ever take a nutritional supplement sold by a celebrity. You will not bend it like Beckham just by drinking his snake oil.

Have you asked your primary care physician? It’s common to start with a blood panel to see what your levels are. How are your sleep habits? I started using a CPAP machine and it’s been a game changer.
As others in GenX have mentioned: cut the alcohol and get regular exercise; it’ll help you sleep more deeply.
Otherwise, to answer your question; all I know about Beckham is from the Netflix documentary, which I enjoyed. No supplements were mentioned.

I just don’t eat a big lunch and I don’t have any problems but I’m sure David Beckham also has some great ideas.
