Alienware AW3225QF – Do I need a VESA adapter? Monitor arm suggestions

Hi everyone,
I have an Alienware AW3225QF monitor and I’m planning to mount it on a monitor arm. I bought it from Facebook Marketplace, and I don’t have any VESA adapter with it.
Do I actually need a VESA adapter for this monitor, or can I mount it directly?
Also, could you suggest a good monitor arm that works well with this model?

Any monitor arm will do, just buy one that suits your needs and isn't a worst reviewed one :)
