I have no proof the talaria is mine

Around 3 months ago, I got a used Talaria MX5, and I realized I do not have proof of ownership. The person I got it from bought it from another friend, and that friend bought it from the original owner. When I asked the original owner for ownership, he told me to fuck off and blocked me. So what should I do? Do I take off the VIN? I am afraid that if I take it to a dealership, they will be like, “That is not your bike,” and stuff. What should I do?

You can go online and search the vin on the registries to see if it's stolen. If not, then register it to yourself and it's yours. Once you register it then there's not shit they can do

Which website do i go to search the vin

I used these 3 as well as my local police department:
https://bikeindex.org/
https://project529.com/garage
https://www.bikeregister.com/bike-checker
You can always call the local police department and say you bought a bike from someone and want to check the serial number to make sure it's legit and they will do it for you

No, I’m 100% sure the bike is installed because I recently made a TikTok video of the Bike and people from my area said it is the the second owner‘s Bike I got it from the third owner and the first owner is the original owner and basically the first owner sold it to the second owner and and the second owner sold it to the third owner, which I got it from and I got it from me so now I have the bike I’m just afraid that’s a bike might get stolen and I’ll have no proof but I approve of me getting the bike from the third owner.

Hmmm, are you sure about this order? Was it not the 2nd owner that sold it to the 1st owner who sold it to the 3rd owner who then sold it to you.

I’ll make it easier by giving a list of names. The first owner is Jack, and he still has the credentials and was the one I asked for the credentials. Later, Jack sold it to Eugene. After that, Eugene sold it to David, and I got it from David. David is a reseller, so I traded my bike with him.

Its not a motorcycle, what proof of ownership is there? Its just like a refrigerator or lawn mower.
InterestingStrike338@reddit
When you buy it from the dealership it comes with proof of ownership so you can register them and other stuff its the same as a motorcycle because its litteraly an electric motorcycle
