what GPU should i upgrade to?

Ive been thinking of upgrading to the NVIDIA RTX 3050
Specs:
Z1 Neo case
msi z170-A PRO (MS 7971)
I have 8 GB's of ram on one stick
Radeon RX 570
Intel i3-6300
As for the PSU i dont know
I am hoping that this is enough information

If you are going to get 3050 make sure that you get 8GB version due to PCIe x16 rather than x8 in 6GB versions. With your components PCIe x8 in PCIe 3rd gen would most definitely slow down this GPU by some margin.

simply an ok upgrade to an already old system tbh
start saving up to replace the cpu/mobo instead

definetly the cpu and mobo. the 570 is still usable with a new build..
you can get decent cpu/mobo/memory combos out there that you can just drop into your case
