Will our vehicle recover after rain leak?

My vehicle was caught with the sunroof popped in a brief downpour & we didn’t realize until the event we were attending was over a few hours later.
Immediately wiped off / sopped up as much as we could. Front floor boards were drenched. Wrung out mats & dried the carpet underneath. Front headliner & visors were sopping. Water was dripping from around the buttons of the overhead console & initially one dome light was flickering, but we were able to get that dried up enough for it to stop in under an hour just from drying all around it.
Drove for 1hr with A/C going full-blast on floors (it was still raining, unfortunately). Took floor mats out to let carpet breathe. By the time we were finished, we had moved from cloth to paper napkins & they weren’t coming back soaked anymore.
Next day was dry & sunny. In the morning the inside of the windshield was pretty damp, but everything else was dry to the touch. All systems working normally. No visible fogginess anywhere. We added several bags of desiccant to the areas that had been wettest & drove 5hrs with heat cranked full & blasting, sunroof wide open, alternating between floorboards & floor / defrost combo. Left sunroof & windows cracked as it sat in a sunny parking lot for a couple hours. By the end of the day, desiccant bags still seem dry. Not savvy enough to go ripping up trim & opening things up, but we ran a leaf blower to get into some nooks & crannies that seemed dry already, just in case, & are currently in the garage as a space heater runs inside it with the door cracked.
I bought some anti-mold spray, but not sure if / when to use it or on which surfaces. Carpet? Felt headliner? Only if it smells musty?
Did we manage to dodge a bullet, or is it still way too soon to tell?

You handled it about as well as you could, quick drying and airflow makes a big difference. There's a good chance you avoided major issues, but it's still a bit early to be sure. Keep an eye out for any musty smell or electrical quirks over the next few days, that's usually when hidden moisture problems show up.

Thank you! Zero fog or mustiness this morning & desiccant bags are still dry, so 🤞🏼
Still going to take shifts with the space heater &/or pop it in the driveway to blast dehumidifier / floorboard heat as I’m able throughout the day.
