The Burma Army usually uses a domestic clone called the MG3.
To put some brief history out of the way, independent Burma started out with a mixture of British and WW2 Pacific weaponry. Then, they imported arms from everywhere but West German weapons became prevalent. From the 80s to the early 2000s, the Burmese Army started adopting adaptations of the Uzi and Galil.

But didn't the Tatmadaw operates a license built version of the MG-3 called the MA-15 , unless they lack some spare parts which POF factories can provide since they know the art of circumnavigating through sanctions

How did a POF MG3 end up in Burma? I know that Vietnam and Bangladesh used POF MG3 but Burma?

Pakistan sold weapons to Myanmar; it must have been diverted. That stuff comes from the Myanmar army.

Could've been smuggled through Bangladesh, but Karen State is next to Thailand. So, either some sort of black market journey, or the Burmese Army is desperately importing MG3s from Pakistan since their domestic arms factories are under attack.

Bangladesh maybe, Pak isn't selling to burma anymore. Maybe exported prior to all the ongoing conflict?

There's also Karenni, Mon, PDF (People's Defense Force), KIA (Kachin Independence Army), AA (Arakan Army, ARSA, RSO (Rohingya Solidarity Organization), and a bunch of other groups I'm too lazy to name right now.
