The Burma Army usually uses a domestic clone called the MG3.

To put some brief history out of the way, independent Burma started out with a mixture of British and WW2 Pacific weaponry. Then, they imported arms from everywhere but West German weapons became prevalent. From the 80s to the early 2000s, the Burmese Army started adopting adaptations of the Uzi and Galil.
