RGB SYNC Problem

Guys, help me. I'm trying to set everything to white on RGB, but my Palit 4090 graphics card won't output white—it's green. I tried the official Palit software, but it didn't work. The GCC from Gigabyte is the same. The included 5v3pin connector is connected to the motherboard correctly.

I doubt it. Even if there is, everything is controlled normally, including the case screws and the liquid cooling pump. Everything works with the program, but the graphics card, which is connected via an additional connector, is the problem. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Aorus X870 WiFi Elite.
