Thoughts on Case Aesthetics and Recommendations I'm Missing

So 3 years ago, I had built 2 new computers. One was a "family "computer going into the den, and one was mine, going into my bedroom/office. I wanted an all-white build for mine.
For the family computer, a family member insisted that it blend in with the room, and I found the Fractal North. The wood panel front made it do so.
Now I'm planning on replacing my all-white beast. Corsair 5000D. I see they've made changes to the 4K and 5K line since, including support for reverse connectors and a built in anti-sag bracket but....
I find myself liking the wood panels more on the Fractal. The North XL still feels a little tight. And I started looking for others and I find myself wondering about the aesthetics.
I would love a wood case. The Asus ProArt 602 is amazing looking...but I find myself wondering why the outer panels also aren't wood. Mind you, I understand having a metal case inside. I'm asking about the outer panels. Not just trim. Not just front facia.
I saw someone in Australia actually make this for a NZXT...but it's NZXT.
Corsair is now making removable top and front panels.
So I wonder, am I the only one who likes the aesehetic?
I also find myself if I'm the only one tired of the "fishbowl" trend in cases.
Any other cases I am missing out on?

Antec has some wood-accented options.

there is a demand just not a high enough one for something like it. something to consider is maybe this. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1962187-REG/asus_proart_pa401_wood_tg_pwm_beige_proart_pa401_wood_edition.html/?ap=y&smp=y&store=420&smpm=ba_f2_lar&lsft=BI%3A514&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21413747903&gbraid=0AAAAAD7yMh1T_6TfFFa1PC-CTHwJkRb3B&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-pHPBhCdARIsAHXYWP85qpPWd2UM-85RQtfApDOGgInrclP1mJjTX8CjXERU2WNIbviDiCIaAgS2EALw_wcB

It's a cut down version of the 602, and loses some intersting features, like the quieter 200mm fans, and the air filter detection system to let you now when to clean it.
I just find myself wondering how many people realy want the fishbowl or is it just a lack of other options.

the lian li o11 was one the first fishbowl pc and many people loved that case. it is has a really high demand

I know, and I looked at the O11 and some variants 3 years ago. Had a long conversation with a couple of Micro Center reps on the O11 and the techs as well.
Turns out the techs hate building in the O11, as room for cable routing is acutally terrible. One sales rep pointed out the Montech King was a better deal for including the fans.
General consensus 3 years ago was Corsair, Fractal and Montech were the best choices as brands, but if you wanted Lian Li, go for the Lancool...which they couldn't keep in stock.

Out of curiosity, how can you defeat Midland in Court?

Even now, that is pretty much my list. Love a good Montech case. point is there was and still is a high want fish bowls

You thought the north XL felt small???

Room for cabling in the back, was tight.

IU also have a 5000D airflow, probably the best investment of the whole build TBH and I think about changing cases sometimes just for the hell of it I do it to the inside all the time. I'm kinda partial to the Antec C8 curve Wood but u said u were kind of tired of the fish bowl.
Now if u don't want to change cases u can always grab one of these

found out recently that they even made these wood panels for our case been thinking about getting the Sapele

So I'm considering a downsize to the new 4000D with those panels. I'm also looking at that PRoArt 602A. The latter appears to have some upgrades too.
I just...wondering fi I'm missing something.
I also wonder if anyone's truly doing custom cases....not just wraps.
