Dallas has plenty of nice spring and fall days most years. So far, our humidity hasn't rocketed up yet either - that's why no severe thunderstorms so far this year. I know people like to complain, but it doesn't get and stay hot until well into May - many years the humidity climbs dramatically by mid-April even when the temp isn't high, so we've been lucky from that regard this year.
