Supercharged Strosek 964

Well it was time to get the supercharger rebuilt so figured I’d take care of some other bits while she’s on the lift for the next couple weeks. On the list is driver door lock micro switch, brakes and rebuilt/upgraded window switches. This one isn’t nearly as involved as my other project cars but once she’s back on the road I can get back to the big projects.

UPDATE:
Since she’ll be on the lift for a bit while the supercharger is being rebuilt I figured it was time to start tackling some other little bits….
On one of my last outings the odometer stopped counting so out that comes to be shipped off for repair! Yes it can be done DIY, but my biggest fear is damaging the bezel and then it not looking right when reinstalled.

I'm in the same boat, lol. I could do all the soldering to repair my gauge cluster, but the risk/reward isn't worth it. Sometimes there are jobs you just don't want to do yourself, and in the end this is all about enjoying the process.

Does that one have a Strosek body kit as well?

It does!

That looks so much better than some of the 70s body kits that had the small headlights

Those small headlights are probably one of the most significant downgrades possible. Takes a good o_,o and turns it into a dopey •,_•

Yeah I love that this one has the standard headlights
